2. Service Description

Reflecta.Vision provides AI-powered skin analysis, skin health scoring, condition detection, and personalized skincare product recommendations. The Service is designed for cosmetic and wellness purposes only.

3. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Our AI-powered analysis uses advanced machine learning models to assess skin conditions. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:

• AI analysis results are estimates and may not be 100% accurate
• Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting conditions, and device camera
• Skin scores and condition assessments are approximations, not definitive measurements
• AI enhancement previews are simulations and do not guarantee actual results
• Product recommendations are suggestions and individual results may vary

4. Affiliate Links and Product Recommendations

Our Service may include product recommendations with affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission when you purchase products through links provided in the app. These commissions help support the development of our Service.

Product recommendations are generated based on your skin analysis results and are intended to be helpful. However, affiliate relationships may influence which products are recommended. We endeavor to recommend products that are genuinely suited to your skin needs.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Only upload photos of yourself (not other individuals without their consent)
• Not use the Service for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Reflecta.Vision offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law or app store policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, interface design, content, and trademarks, is owned by ERARTA AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the skin analysis Service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reflecta.Vision and ERARTA AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss or damage arising from reliance on AI analysis results
• Adverse reactions to recommended skincare products
• Any health-related outcomes from using the Service
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Actions taken based on AI enhancement previews

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI analysis results will be accurate or complete.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account within the app or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
