Skin Analysis Data
When you use our skin analysis features, we process facial images you provide. These images are analyzed by our AI models to generate skin health scores and condition assessments.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, scan frequency, and app preferences.
Device Information
We collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and general location data (country/region level) for localization purposes.

Skin Photos and Facial Images
Your skin photos are processed by our AI system to generate analysis results. By default, photos are processed in real-time and not stored permanently on our servers after analysis is complete.
If you opt in to progress tracking, your photos may be stored securely to enable before/after comparisons. You can delete stored photos at any time from within the app. Stored photos are encrypted at rest and in transit.
We do not sell, share, or use your facial images for advertising purposes. Images are never shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., AI processing).

Reflecta.Vision provides cosmetic and wellness insights only. Our skin analysis is not a medical diagnosis and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare provider for medical skin concerns.
While we handle skin analysis data with the same care as health data, our Service is classified as a wellness application, not a medical device.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Supabase - Authentication and data storage
- OpenAI - AI-powered skin analysis processing
- Affiliate partners - Product recommendations (we may earn commissions from recommended products)
- Payment processors - Subscription billing (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Analytics services - Anonymous usage statistics
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data. We encourage you to review their policies.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
